Yesterday, I drove by the c hall after no flops were called and noticed the blue van was still in the lot when it was empty. i plan to get their card numbers. no doubt.

Jerney, just let you know sometimes they're try looking for class A license driver, if they can't find in big hall, usually will ask from casual hall, in case of anyone got it from C hall, that single or few class A license driver job won't flop anyone.
that's the only situations when C hall receive jobs but didn't move (other than cycle).
